Editorial pipeline · 15 steps · 4 checkpoints

An AI content factory

How to create high-quality written content for a brand in 15 steps.

This process can be adapted to different industries and formats, including articles, reference pages, product pages and other types of content.

What makes this pipeline different? AI can write coherent text quickly and at low cost. But it can invent a plausible fact just as confidently. The process therefore focuses on a chain of fact-checking steps: several checks by AI models, human approval at key stages, and a final review by an editor.

Legend

Who takes part in the process

Generator

An AI agent that produces the output for a specific step. It defines the concept, collects evidence, designs the structure or writes the text.

Checker

A separate AI agent that checks the output. The process requires a model from a different provider. This reduces the risk of both models making the same mistake.

Human

An editor, an expert or the person responsible for publishing. They make decisions that a model cannot make, and their name is recorded with each decision.

Code

Runs checks and moves the work from one step to the next, following rules set in advance. No AI model takes part in these operations.

Content for social media

A post is not just a shorter article. It has a new hook, a different context and shorter wording. During this kind of rewriting, it is easy to lose an important limitation or add a claim that was not in the original content. This is why a post is checked as a separate output.

Runs on the approved document only.
Publishing waits until step 14 is live and verified.

The general scheme works for any brand channel. At the same time, every platform will need its own rules, access rights, restrictions and metrics.
